Look: Pours a deep, almost gold color with a thin white head that quickly fizzles away.
Aroma: Salted sourdough pretzels, ocean air, tart lemon peel and slight floral notes.
Taste: Creamy. Salty at first with savory/malty flavors of lightly toasted bread and wheat. Tart and briny midpalate with sweet lemon, ending on clean notes of soft coriander and basil. Lots of mineral, salty flavor, the aftertaste reminds me of the beech.
Feel: Sessionable, crisp, effervescent. Light-medium body. Mildly creamy but bubbly overall. Gentle sourness.
Overall: Recommended.

A: The beer is somewhat hazy and a darker shade of yellow in color with a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with just a few white bubbles on the surface that quickly faded away.
S: Light aromas of lemony yogurt are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has light flavors of yogurt with notes of lemons (without any associated acidity). There is a light amount of sourness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and slightly creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't as sour or salty compared to other beers in the style, but is pleasant and has some refreshing properties.
Serving type: can
