A: The beer is very hazy and a bit pale yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and lots of small specks of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of honeydew melon are present in the nose along with notes of lemon citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of herbs and spices.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. The wheat also lends a bit of "chewiness" to the mouthfeel.
O: This is an interesting take on a witbier - it has the wheat and citrus (albeit) lemon that you would normally expect from the style but the herbal and spicy hop flavors lend a bit of complexity to the taste.

Served on tap at Moustache Brewing Company in Riverhead, NY.
A: Pours a slightly hazy, straw to golden color, a two finger, white head, rim retention, but complex, sticky rings of lacing.
S: Aromas of banana, cloves, and lemon.
T: Semidry. Flavors of banana bread, lemon, and especially white grapefruit stand out. Balanced bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with strongly persistent effervescence.
O: An exceptionally drinkable Wit. Think of it as a good choice for weaning off of juicy IPAs.
