Served on tap at the Moustache Brewing Company in Riverhead, NY.
A: Pours a golden-amber color with a two finger, white head, rim and cap retention, and lots and lots of foamy lacing.
S: Fruity aromas especially nectarine and white grapefruit, as well as caramel and pine.
T: Sweet. Palate follows nose closely Bitterness light but balances the rather profound sweetness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Very smooth.
O: A nice blend of fruitiness, sweetness, and smooth drinkability.

Decent double IPA. Moustache usually delivers a solid beer. This brewery is in the running of becoming my go-to in between Sand City hauls.

Deep murky gold color, totally opaque, with a coupla fingers of white head on top that left lace lines down the glass... Double dry hopped with Jarrylo, Comet, and Azacca hops, and brewed with lactose and honey... Not sure what the name connotes - a cash register drawer-making company?

Anyways, expectedly sweet - suggests honey dripped over ripe oranges and crisp pears - quite lovely, really... Bitterness is not irrelevant, though I'd still describe it as "mild"... Feel is soft and smooth, leaning toward lush, with floral aromas of tropical and citrus fruits on the nose, and maybe even a hint of herbal spice on the finish...

A very nice beer - and even though on paper it might sound like a lot of the fruity New England-type IPAs out there, something about it sets it a bit apart - perhaps it is the unusual hop combination or the use of lactose and honey?
