Appearance is transparent garnet with a creamy beige head with average retention and above average lacing. Aroma is subdued, but malty. Taste is slightly sweet and malty with just enough hops to balance with mild bitterness. Medium bodied with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

This rating is for there nitro version of this signature beer. Amazing-looking pour with two fingers or rich, creamy head that has strong retention. Smell is enticingly sweet and malty, and taste is spot on. One of the best parts about this beer on nitro is the feel: smooth and creamy, like a stout but it's a red! So good. Treat yourself when you see it on in the taproom. You will not be disappointed.
