This is a pretty good IPA, well above average. Nice balance with great hoppy finish. Keep an eye out for this one.

32oz grunt purchased at the brewery’s taproom for approximately $7. The weather was so nice I walked there and back – fortunately no winos waylaid me. This replaces the old Riverkeeper. Like it's predecessor, it is brewed to support the efforts of Spokane Riverkeeper, a conservation organization aimed at preserving and improving the Spokane River (by around 1900, the river was pretty much undrinkable, and isn't that much better today). It's a different recipe altogether.
Here's a couple details from the local media:

<edit -this is a little more specific: http://www.spokane7.com/blog/2015/feb/16/water-and-ashes/>
Poured a mostly clear, orange-amber color, with an inch or so of beige colored head. Beer negligee-style lace.
Grapefruity and piney in the nose, in pretty much that order.
Pretty much like the aroma. I think this is more citrusy than the old Riverkeeper recipe, but it’s been a few months since I had the original.
Medium bodied, with a slightly watery mouthfeel. The latter tends to creep into a lot of River City beers.
A decent, citrusy take on the venerable (at least in this part of the country) IPA. I had a sample of this new, reformulated version of River keeper a couple of weeks ago, and I was honestly more impressed. Perhaps the fact that this was a keg that was brought out while I was at the bar impacted things. I will certainly try it again, since this is essentially my neighborhood brewery, and if this does turn out to have been an aberration I will re-review it.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
