Wet Dreamin'

a wet hopped hazy brew here done in collaboration with perry street. its a soft beer, incredibly fresh, and loaded with wet hop goodness. not sure on the varietals used in this, but it smells to me like the best parts of citra and something like a centennial, as its lemon and tangerine forward but with some pine and woodiness to it as well, very brand new smelling to me, very attractive. the flavor is almost as good as the nose, but its nonspecific to me in terms of any particular hop, even though its somewhat familiar. its immediately oily and fresh, with some leafy greenness to it and strong suggestions of meyer lemon and honeysuckle. some cannabis aspect as well, and almost no bitterness. a little bit of range juice character too, some rawness to the malt, white wheat likely, cereal forward and pretty clean overall. the carbonation is a little light, but so is the body, so this one drinks pretty easy. the hop flavor is excellent, and it lingers nicely on the tongue after the swallow. i liked all the hoppy beers i had in here, and they had a number of them, good stuff all around.
