What a thirst-quenching brew! Just the right amount of salt, tart, carb and it's beautifuly clear. The lime is more than subtle and ends with almost a creamy balance, maybe a stretch but think key lime pie. This is the exact kind of brew I'm looking for while hanging by the pool or sitting outside during these warm winter days.
