Per Conshy: Snooze Button breakfast stout is brewed with maple syrup, conditioned on locally sourced coffee and five more minutes of sleep.
Per Studnutz: Nice malted milk ball head takes shape over a doo-doo butter body. Head has some staying power, but eventually diminishes to near-nil. No lacing. Smells nice. Malt and coffee and maple syrup play well together with no one really dominating the other. Tastes nice, too. Not as sweet as feared. Actually has some nice bitterness going on. Again, nothing dominates. It's a nice balancing act. Slick mouthfeel, low-medium-bodied with any residual maple syrup sugary muck fermented out. Shockingly kind of dry finish. Damn, I really like this. I had soured on Conshohocken, but am a sucker for breakfast stouts so I thought I'd give them one last shot. I'm glad I did.
