a very basic and light blonde ale here, i think they keep this one on all the time, and while its not really what i am into in terms of style, its a well enough made beer and an easy entry point for anyone just looking for something light to sip on. my dad, for example, though it was just right. they just have so many more exciting, ambitious, and frankly better beers in here that this one really is a factor for me. it has a little bit of a honey sweetness to it, is very light on the hops, and has a minimal fermentation profile, just a little bit of pale barley character is basically it, which is nice in hot weather, with spicy food, or for the less crafty drinkers, and its a fine example of the style. the carbonation is lively which is necessary in these, there is an approachable simplicity to it, and there are no technical flaws of any kind, which would be badly exposed if there were any in such a minimal brew. overall a decent to solid blonde, but not the beer to order if you are looking to dabble in some of their best work...

On tap at the brewery. Sorry guys, I’m not getting the same experience. I find this kind of weak all the way around. Bland aroma, dull appearance. Cereal malt taste, no finish.

On tap tonight with dinner.... Amazed I haven't reviewed this one yet.. Had it many times over my burger visits.

Pours very clear straw golden, short white head and OK retention.. standard grainy blonde/cereal notes.. sweetish finish.. could use more bitterness IMO to balance things out.

For a Blonde Ale, this one is soooo very standard... Nothing wrong.
