The appearance was a dark amber with a small cap of a white head that had some light clingy lacing along the glass.
The smell had some nuttiness and toast rolling into light floral to somewhat citrusy hops.
The taste was mainly balanced between the malts and the hops with a light yeasty character in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a light sessionability about it. Carbonation runs fairly light. Citrus qualities hit enough harshness to be the force in the bitterness, feels nice.
Overall, nicely done Amber ale for the style but doesn't necessarily show any special "Autumn" qualities.

On tap at the brewery tonight... Pours a deep amber with a short lived white head that producers tight lacing as the brew drops.
Nose shows pretty standard American Amber.... Dry toast... perhaps a little nuttiness... floral/light citrus hoppiness.
Flavor is well balance between the bitterness, malts and hop flavors... nothing really jumps out making for a pretty quaffable brew... with warmth, something that I associate with yeasty fruitiness arises, but doesn't seem out of whack or distracting.
Light body with good drinkability.
3.5's across the board.
