Fairly substantial for a wit, medium weight body, fast dissipating head. Wheat bread characteristics with some mild citric, acidity from the lemons. Citric tang lingers, some dryness. Pretty lazy carbonation for a wit also. Not bad, but different.

Enjoyed at the brewpub Wednesday night.... Clear orange with a short lived white head that left no lacing... The nose is thick sweet grains and not much else... Not really getting any lemon other than what was used to garnish the glass (please don’t do this). Flavor is also sweet and malty, no traditional sharp witbier yeasty notes at all... Perhaps some floral Meyer lemon notes if I try to imagine it. The mouthfeel is cloying and thick, I am not sure, but this doesn’t seem fully fermented at all.. Rushed through. From the appearance, aroma, flavor and palate, I NEVER would have guessed this as any sort of witbier. Needs reworked from top to bottom.
