A bourbon, oak-aged Imperial, oatmeal stout. Brewed with Kona and Sumatra coffee and cocoa nibbs.

On-tap at the brewery. Dark brown/black color, small ring of khaki head. Light aromas of roast, hint of bourbon, coffee. Somewhat watery, simple palate with impressions of that oak/bourbon barrel and some nice flashes of roasted coffee and a hit of chocolatey richness. Tasty, simple, but a bit light on body and flavors for a beer that boasts barrel treatment and multiple adjuncts.
