Brewed with a traditional Mexican Lager yeast strain, this lager pours a pale golden hue with bright notes of corn and toasted malt to deliver a clean, balanced flavor. A touch of lemon lime hop extract added post fermentation makes a lime wedge unnecessary, and rounds out a crisp and refreshing beer.

This brew is a bright gold color with a slim white head and little tufts of lace. The aroma carries a sweet malt and fresh citrus scent. Light sweetness up front in the taste. Light in body and a flavorful citrus finish. Not particularly interesting, not particularly remarkable, but I really think I'd enjoy one of these on a scorching summer day.

Draft at Logboat. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of caramel, toffee and lime. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with a touch of lime.
