Combination of French saison and American IPA with heavy Amarillo hops. Pleasantly hoppy with saison spiciness.

On tap.
The appearance was a pale glossy burnt yellow to almost orange color with a cap of a little white foamy head that slid off at a moderate pace. Slight lace, but sliding into oblivion.
The aroma had some sweet bready to grassy to Belgian sugariness playing with a little bit of citrus to grassy hop to slight earthiness. Slight touch of sweet wood.
The flavor leaned into the sweetness of the blend of the aroma and then presenting a fairly balanced grassy to citrusy sweet to bitter aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt low. ABV felt as projected. Pretty smooth.
Overall, finally for me! A beer by Jasper Murdock and one to have again!
