16oz can dated 9/28/18.
Pours milky yellow with a minimal head or retention. Peach, pear, grapefruit, and pineapple in the nose. On the thinner side of medium bodied with a crisp but textured mouthfeel. Unripe peach with pithy grapefruit on the palate with zero malt and a drying, firm bitterness. Finishes very dry with a lingering bitterness.
Lighten up on the bitterness, add some mouthfeel, and increase the aromatics and we'de have a winner here.
