a zippy little pils here with a lot of flavor for the yellow beer category. it pours really frothy from the tap, pale and hazy, lacking the clarity of others, but exchanging that for yeast character is always a trade off that i like. the nose and taste show fresh doughy pilsener malts, with a pretty healthy hopping. i like how fruity the finish seems to be, it balances the dry cereal grain, and gives it life and its originality. drinks light enough too, clean on the palate and well enough carbonated. there is a missing middle to it though, like there is no real transition from malt to hops, and even though it finishes nice and quick from the lager yeast, it comes through maybe a little under flavored around mid palate. good beer overall though, my first from post. they seem to be getting popular real quick though. based on this it should be a good ride.
