Made with locally grown grain, and malted by local Troubadour Maltings Company. Characteristics are similar to a zwickelbier as it is unfiltered and has some noticeable hop character. This delicate brew has slightly less hop character than it's German cousin which makes it the perfect porch pounder for any day. Salud y Prost!
