12 FL OZ. can
Served in an imperial nonic glass
This beer pours straw colored with a chill haze. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves little lacing.
Grain and lemon grass aroma
Steeped grain with a hint of light citrus
Light bodied with a thin mouthfeel
Not bad. I had to taste the first one without any additions. I think it will produce a nice chelada.

This beer is a light tasting beer mexican feel. A little watery could use more carbonation thus head. Extremely smooth if you can call water smooth.

12 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 4/21/2020. Pours slightly hazy pale golden straw color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, cracker, corn, and white bread dough; with lighter notes of biscuit, toast, wood, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. A bit of fruity corn aromas, but not overwhelming. Nice and pleasant aromas with pale malt/grains and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, cracker, corn, and white bread dough; with lighter notes of biscuit, toast, wood, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, cracker, corn, white bread dough, biscuit, toast, wood, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness of pale malt/grains and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a fantastic malt/bitterness balance, and no astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Very clean on lager flavors, with minimal fruity/yeasty notes present. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and fairly sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a delicious pale lager. All around nice robustness of pale malt/grains and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Great clean pils malt/grain showcase, with nice earthy hop presence/balance for the style. Not overdone on adjuncts. A very enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example as expected of the brewery. Great summer beer.
