Hefeweizen (“yeast wheat”) is an unfiltered wheat beer with noticeable yeast sediment and a cloudy appearance. Touch of sweetness and fruity, with a full body. Banana and clove flavors are present. Very lightly hopped to reduce bitterness and harshness.
