Had on tap at the brewery in Miamisburg, OH. This was a disappointing DIPA for me. I suspect it was an older keg or there was a bit of a sanitation problem in the tap line. The beer was overly dark for the style and lacking in head. The aroma had a hint of oxidation and lacked any fresh hop aromas. The flavors were dominated by what seemed to be an oxidized, slightly funky taste that was not pleasant and was out of place. I don't know if this was a recipe formulation problem or if the beer was truly oxidized or affected by a tap line, but it did not how itself as a great example of the style.
