Brown, no head, low carbonation. Smell is mild, raisins, toffee. Taste is lots of dates and raisins. Feel is thick and chewy. Overall, not bad.

Really nice take on the style. Muted nose, full body but syrupy mouthfeel, especially from something this big. Hops are big but not as big as the IBUs might suggest. I get pineapple, apple skins, and caramel/toffee. This is really drinkable, and deftly crafted, like everything from Buoy.
