The One-Eyed Rye is our take on the historical style of Kvass. Kvass is typically sold by street vendors in Eastern Europe as a non-alcoholic health beverage. Our Kvass features house baked rustic Rye bread by our sous chef Sean, along with malted rye, wheat and pilsner malt. The result is a refreshing session ale with notes of fresh baked bread, rye spiciness, and a subtle lactic twang from a mixed fermentation.
