I keep trying and enjoying beers that don't sound good to me, whether through morbid curiosity, or as in this case, because it was a gift. Maybe professional brewers know what they're doing...
This is dang tasty! Straight up dry, refreshing Saison at first with a peppery tingle building up to the threshold of what I can enjoy on the Scoville scale.
