Pours an orange tinted brown clear at first that changes as the unfiltered nature of the beer comes through with a thick white head that becomes a thin ring with no lacing. Nose is clean malt with hoppy spice. Palate is medium crisp body. Taste is malt with a lively crispness and lingering bitterness. 22 oz bottle purchased at the brewery. This the smallest commercial brewery at 1.5 barrels I have visited. So, it could be called a Nano-Nano brewery (with thanks to Robin Williams in "Mork and Mindy" fame).

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
