Canned 5/31/18 8.3% ABV version
L. Honey golden bronze, a bit of sediment unless you pour carefully. I hate sediment so .5 pt sediment deduction, so would have been 4.5. Light head.
S. Oatmeal cookie, hops, with spice and honey. Nothing super but above average.
T. Light on the hops but they state 85 IBU... not quite feeling 85but I could be mistaken, Sweet malt, no malt burn, smooth and crisp. Crushable IPA and high ABV(8.3this version)... extra points, best in style (imperial IPA) that I have tasted. A bit of that patented True Vine twang in the aftertaste. (Did y’all leave rose hips in the fermenter?)
F. Crisp, quaffable, medium carb, a bit of tannins left on the tongue.
O. I think this one actually slayed all of the DFH and Stone IPAs
