Pours a dark amber with a fast-disappearing head. Smells of booze and biscuit, with malty yeast overshadowing notes of nougat, almond, and banana. The flavors lead with marzipan and plum, followed by a boozy finish that gets spicier as the beer warms. Strong and enjoyable flavors, but not a lot of depth. Still a very interesting and fun drink.

This is a VER VERY interesting beer. It's the strongest Oktoberfest beer I've ever had (and I suppose that was the intention). Just imagine the taste, smell and feel of a regular Oktoberfest fest but kicked up several notches. The only downside was that it was a little boozy. I have a bottle sitting in the cellar, maybe opening it up around October this year (or maybe even next year) will soften the taste up. Overall a oneofakind beer.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
