One of Books & Brews' earlier barrel-ageing experiments, and it turned out nicely. A sour brown with influences of honey, black cherry, plum and pineapple. A more direct acetic hit on the tongue than on the nose, but an enjoyable, if not particularly distinctive, sour.

Bourbon Barrel aged Honey Brown with Lactobacillus... Very odd combo but it makes for a very crafty beer. Non-fruit sours are always interesting.
