Pours a bronzed color, clear, with a half-finger of head that bubbles away rapidly. Apples on the nose, cognac from the barrel treatment, and a light touch of funk. The palate is dominated by the brandy barrels, but with elements of brett funk, straw, crabapple, and a dry, bright and fruity yeast character suggestive of a champagne yeast.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
