The beer has a clear bright yellow color. The foam is white with large bubbles. The foam disappears quickly, leaving no direct traces. Smells of malt, honey, cloves. But the smells of some pineapple and citrus are in the background. There are some herbs. The taste comes first is clove dense followed by malt. Afterwards you distinguish the sweetness of pineapple and a little honey. But here's a small taste of yeast present. A little citrus permeates the beer all the way. Slightly spicy flavor and dry. Clove takes over a bit much. Medium body. Just the right level of carbonation. Dry and mild bitterness at the end.

Pours a cloudy, straw color of yellow. Modest head that leaves spots on the glass.
Saison aromas along with a bit of hop and what I describe as beef stew.
Pale malt starts the taste with just a touch of citrus sourness. Highly carbonated, with a below average body--good for the style. The swallow and aftertaste is biting with yeast. The aftertaste is short.
Overall, a good Saison, but a bit mild.
