Appearance: Slightly opaque straw apricot in color. Lots of yeast floating around. Lacing is decent, head retention is very minimal.
Nose: Funky and pungent hops right up front. Some tropical fruits and lightly candied papaya. Banana and lemon finish it off.
Taste: Alcohol heat throughout. The heat at the end is very noticeable. It's almost like the alcohol is evaporating in your mouth. Crisp carbonation up front. Clean hops up front with a little bit of malt coming in behind to back it up. All of that fades to a medicinal alcohol taste. Some lemon and perhaps rosemary at the end.
