Sapling pale ale 4.3% at Fogbelt,Santa Rosa. 1 oct 2023. Pale gold. Small white head soon to foamy ring and wisps. Aroma earthy and piney. Taste dryish and crisp, clean and bright. Light zesty earthy piney bitterness with very light hint of sweetness to balance. Light and on dry side but balanced and enjoyable. Very good.
