This India Pale Ale is brewed with dank, fruity hops for a crisp West Coast finish. Pipe Dream is named after a 364 foot tall redwood tree in Humboldt Redwoods State Park. Cheers to all of the pipe dreamers out there.
Hops: Simcoe, Azacca, and Centennial.

16oz can. There is a spot on the label that says "CANNED ON:", but there is no date stamp.
Clear, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head continue to exist as a thin cap. Leaves behind wide horizontal lacing bands.
Aroma of fruity and dank hops - orange, grapefruit, and pine resin. Background of toasted malts.
Taste is compact and tight. Flavors of grass, orange, pine resin, and a bit of onion. Green melon and grass in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Bitterness level is very low, but there is a dank quality that leads to tongue numbing. Very good carbonation.
Not bitter enough to be considered old school WCIPA. Quite subdued overall, but whole enough.
