A really super funky cheesy aroma. Taste is a nice balance of sour/tart and sweet fruit. Not overly complex. Fairly clean finish. Overall this was a really nice barrel aged sour beer. Well done.

Now this is what I'm talking about. Shared this 500ml bottle of delish with friends at the Sour Barn location. This is a very complex, blended and aged sour with a very balanced level of funk and flavor. One of the best aged beers I've ever tasted.

This bottle was poured by the bartender. It poured with a stark white, stable head. Fruity, oaky, wine aroma was the first sense. A very good blended and aged sour, I would compare to any Ive had from any brewery big or small. Great Job.
