A - It pours pale yellow in color. It is capped with three inches of eggshell head.
S - It smells like lemongrass.
T - The taste has elements of lemon zest and lime. There is a bready malt backbone.
M - Moderate and it coats my tongue.
O - It is a simple pilsner. It is easy drinking and is refreshing on a muggy day.
