Served in a Phoenix Brewing nonic pint glass
This beer pours hazy and is yellow in color. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves no lacing.
The smell is tart apricot. It is nice.
The taste is tart apricot. there is an earthy flavor in the middle.
Medium bodied with a semi dry mouthfeel
This is a nice beer. It would make a great summer beer. I like the abv as well. Perfect for an all day session and an early bedtime.
