32 OUNCE crowler
Served in a Phoenix Brewing pint glass
This beer pours a hazy, pale yellow color and is topped with an inch of off white head that leaves no lacing.
The strawberry comes through nicely. I really gotta get my nose in the glass to get the pineapple and coconut.
The strawberry is front and center. I get coconut in the finish. The pineapple is subtle but present. It is tart but not sour.
Lighter bodied with a semi dry mouthfeel
This is a good beer, but I would have preferred more sour.
