32 OUNCE crowler
Served in a Phoenix Brewing Company nonic pint glass
This beer pours a brilliant golden color. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves decent lacing.
The smell is lemon and vanilla all day. It smells like lemon merengue.
Lemon and vanilla kick off the taste. They actually dominate the flavor. Some bitterness begins to creep in the finish. It kind of reminds me of Killa Vanilla from Hoppin Frog but with lemon of course.
Medium bodied with a biting mouthfeel
I like this beer. It is sweet upfront. The bitterness comes in the finish as it warms. The abv of this crowler is about to make me make bad decisions. Two thumbs up!
