32 ounce growler
Served in a Phoenix Brewing Company pint glass
This beer pours a brilliant amber hue and is topped with an inch of off white head that leaves spotty lacing.
The smell is earthy and minerally. I get resin and dankness.
The taste is mild upfront. Then the dank, bitter, minerally taste sets in. The finish is dank with mild bitterness.
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
It is clean upfront and dank on the backend. It goes down easy enough but not particularly my favorite style of IPA.
