Served in a snifter
This beer pours hazy and orange. It is topped with a minimal, fleeting head that leaves no trace.
Light peach notes. I can smell alcohol. Peach comes out more as it warms. The alcohol I smelled when it was cold fades.
The taste follows the aroma. Weak peach and alcohol when cold. Peach opens up and alcohol fades as it warms. Peachy
Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
I would probably be much more appreciative of this beer in the summer. Fruit ales in the cold weather are not comforting like a stout or porter are.
