Served in 11oz tulip. Poured a lightly hazy reddish-brown with less than 1/8 inch of off-whitehead that quickly dissipated and left no lacing. The aroma was tart, with wood and grain notes under the tartness and berry. Very faint, earthy hops.
Pretty similar on the tongue, although the wood and berry take the lead roles. The body was medium-light, and had a mostly dry finish, with just a touch of sweetness. Drinkability was good. Overall, a pretty nice brew.Swing by the brewery and try it while you can.
