pour is pale yellow with a tight white head. Nose has notes of farmhouse yeast, stale grain and soap. Taste is more grain, watery, bready. Profile is thin and farmhouse in unpronounced. Light body, a bit juicy and slick in finish.

Soles.
Pours a gold color with white head. Aroma of herbs and wheat. Fairly musty with certain Belgian yeast influence. In the taste, some citrus, lemon peel, herbal, fair bitterness. The body is light with low carbonation for the style. Overall, a simple approach to a saison, and it's not that bad. Definitely lacking in body. OK
