Tasty. Very crisp. Citrusy. Quite tart. Very white head. Thin bubbly body. Nice aftertaste that leaves the pallet wanting a pnother sip, over and over.

Poured from a growler into a stemmed wine glass
A- honey gold with a half a finger of head that disappears almost immediately
S- wet hay, lemons, slight funkiness, grist. Standard saison fair but really heightened for a clean saison
T- wet hay, little by of funk, cloves, slight lemon tartness towards the end
M- decent carb but slightly thin body. I feel like this beer would work well with some wheat or oats thrown in.
O- I really like what hitchhiker is doing lately. This is he 2nd batch of this beer and I anticipate it growing with the brewery very well. Well worth a pint and a growler fill and the best saison brewed in Pittsburgh
