Inspired by the Zombie Cocktail, specifically the 1950s Donn Beach iteration. This beer was conditioned on Passion Fruit, Pineapple, Grapefruit, Orange, Lemon, Lime, and a touch of baking spices to mimic Angostura Bitters.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish head tulip
L: Cloudy medium golden pour. Minimal fizzy head... falls fast. Thin ring of lacing.
S: Tart and fruity. Passionfruit, tropicals, and citrus.
T.F: Tart and fruity. Some sweets as well. Loads of fruit. Passionfruit, pineapple, and grapefruit. Lime and citrus. Not overly sour or acidic. Medium bodied... sticky on the tongue. Passionfruit/lime finish.
O: A well done tart fruited beer. Loads of flavor and easy drinking. Better than I was expecting.

Flavor is of fresh tropical fruits including passion fruit, pineapple and guava over cinnamon and nutmeg. Bitter spiced finish.
Medium to full body, tingly carbonation on the tongue.
