With the nod to Jurassic Park I couldn’t resist.
This pours with a solid, white orange opaque appearance. The nose has notes of pineapple and lychee along with a touch of peach purée. More of the same on the palate, with perhaps the stone fruit taking center stage. A touch …chalky? Hop burn? It’s there if you notice those sorts of things. Obviously, I do, but it doesn’t distract from an all around enjoyable pint in my glass.

Canned on 3/26/19
Pour is topped with a sizeable white cap, rocky and foamy, sitting on a totally opaque deep gold body; head retention is excellent, and leaves a thick wall of consistent lacing along with a substantial layer of frothy cap and collar. An all-around brilliant looking NEIPA.
Aromas of ultra dank, verging on pungent, orange strike the nose first, with creamy mango evening things out over time; light tropical cream is inviting on the finish, while a slight hop spice and grapefruit zest provides a depth that’s both fruity and a bit crackery to the backbone. Diverse and pretty intense bouquet here.
Taste opens with creamy apricot that soon gives way to juicy pineapple and tart, bittering grapefruit; lemongrass further enhances the hoppy tones, and a dose of tropical notes fades to the finish.
Mouthfeel shows a crisp medium body with carbonation in sync with the nice little hop prickle that courses across the palate; there’s a slight creaminess interplaying with a growing but well-maintained bitterness; on the finish, a clean, almost mineral-like juiciness transitions to more bittering tones smoothly.
A 6% offering with a big aroma promising what the flavor only barely doesn’t deliver. Still, this brew hits its mark with a diverse profile, juicy and herbal, that does well to bridge a pleasing balance and make a very drinkable, easily enjoyed NEIPA. Another Triple Crossing beer that, in spite of shortcomings, hits way more than it misses.

Pours an opaque orange-creamsicle color with just shy of two fingers of white head. Head retention is fair, with great lacing left behind. Aroma is tangerine, mango, lemon rind, papaya, and orange within a dense and tropical-fruit centric aroma. It hits hard and then fades away immediately. Flavor profile is softer, hitting notes of papaya, orange rind, lemon, tangerine, melon dew, grapefruit, and lemon grass and grassy hops. Biscuity malts and yeast are the only flavors outside of hops. Mouth feel is soft, with a notable chalkiness that borders on harsh. It has a medium thickness. Overall, a very welcoming beer, but the chalkiness and weaker flavor profile leave a little to be desired after being teased by the dense aroma.

Poured a cloudy yellow body with minimal head and lace. The aroma is citrusy and slightly bitter with hints of sweet fruits. Beer is heavy, filling, more of a semi-mango sweetness balancing with a slightly sour acidic taste and finishes crisp and clean.

Pours a hazy golden hue that looks almost like cantaloupe flesh. Some raw sugar cane and mango on the nose. You kind of already know this is going to be a banger. This is expectedly great, although the malt or the adjunct malts show a little bit more than you'd want. Lots of sugar cane, some pineapple and mango. Some melon as well. This is veritably awesome.
