Received in a trade with @vabeerguy. Canned on 7/30/2019. Poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass. It pours an attractive golden-orange color with a huge, fluffy, milk-white head and thick, creamy lacing. The smell is delightful: tangerine, lemon, pineapple, lime, onion, and an intriguing aroma that reminds me of juniper. The taste opens with sweet and tart citrus, ripe melon, and peach. It also has a nice tang. The Nelson Sauvin hops add a dry wine quality while the El Dorado provides nice bitterness at the finish. The various tastes are bold and clean. This ale sports a great mouth feel, it's thick and creamy with pleasant carbonation. The 8% ABV gives it a nice pop. Overall, this is very pleasing DIPA with lots of flavor and a killer feel. Very nicely done!

Overripe pineapple, melon, mango, peach, pulp laden orange juice, orange zest, and orange pez. Full and creamy mouthfeel. Overall an excellent beer and iteration of the muddied style.

Poured a cloudy, light-yellow body with minimal head and lace patches. The aroma comes across as tropical fruits and pineapple juice with some bitter, citric hops. Medium-bodied, easy to drink, smooth, has a mild, juicy-like sweetness (notes of peach as well) that is balanced with an earthy bitterness and some citric hops. Good balance and overall an easy drinking beer.
