Pours a ripe watermelon red/pink. Limited head retention, but it is spritzily carbed. Raspberry and tart lactic aromas are the main combo but you can also get some of the spontan red pepper aroma underneath as well. The raspberries are definitely present and it's tart. It's not super sweet at all and maybe only a little bit jammy (in a good way). A good amount of raspberry skin character, tannins. The acidity is probably a little more than I'd like and I'm sure the effects of will increase as it warms. This kind of reminds me of Allagash's Coolship Red and I mean that in the best way.
