Hazy, golden, almost mango-coloured pour with a thick head that didn't linger on the glass as it went down. Bright smell to it - the first sip had a dominating juicy flavour that mellowed to a satisfying citrusy aftertaste. Not much bitterness at all and almost a bit salty as I neared the bottom of the glass. Really nice overall.

Nearly clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the wine glass. Aroma of lime and alfalfa with some Hawaiian Punch. Fairly sweet and malty with a taste of corn and lemony aftertaste. It's oddly fruity but pleasant enough. You wouldn't call it crisp but it is easy to drink. From the 473 ml can purchased at the brewery.

This beer will mow you down like a weedeater if you imbibe too many pints of this very strong Pils. The beer is slightly hazy with a nice white head. The nose says Saaz but the taste is slightly sweet and full bodied. This is one of BC's best Pils alongside Dockside and Shaftebury. A full bodied take on a beer style that often takes the weaker session route.
