Third time having this beer and each time this beer has been different. Not sure if the recipe is still being refined, or that House of Pendragon has just braced the spirit of saison here. Either way all 3 iterations were great.
Appearance: straw yellow, decent clarity. Would have expected more haze, but in reality I fig the appearance.
Smell: fruit and herbs. Perhaps peaches, white grape, and basil. Good malt aroma. Not getting and clovey phenols, really digging the smell. Not much to complain about here.
Taste: taste follows the nose. Fruit and herbs. Peaches, white grape, basil, etc. A little sweet, not cloying, but sweet. Perhaps sweetness is from fruity esters. No clovey phenols.
Moithfeel: I'd say light bodied, but alittle slick on the palate. Could use some more carbonation. Not getting the effervescence I would typically expect in a well carbonated saison. Still not a lot of complaints here.
Overall: I think this is a great bear. Keeps me coming back for more. Could use more carbonation, but nitpicking. Lots of complexity. Keep up the good work.

Pale straw yellow, tons of visible carbonation. Head maintains on the sides.
Smells like funk a bit.. Maybe grassy/earthy, even fruity ish, with some clean malt.
Taste is earthy ish, with some semi clean ale flavors, and a bit of weirdness in it. Hay, maybe? I like this a lot more than the nose suggested I would, but it's still a bit questionable. I am enjoying it though.
Medium high carbonation, a bit slick.
Not sure what to make of this. Saisons aren't particularly my style, but I think Pendragon does better with some of their other brews. I'm not particularly qualified to say how good of a Saison this is, but as a beer I find it to be ok, perhaps good.
Note: the abv is around 5% - this was written on the growler.
