A West Coast take on a classic Style. Brewed with Pilsner malt and oats this medium bodied beer balances the spicy characteristics of saison with a pleasant bitterness and citrus notes thanks to a blended new world dry hop addition. The refreshingly dry finish will leave you humming for more.

Appearance - Pours a slightly cloudy pale gold with two fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - Spicy and leafy hops (touch of floral), spicy yeast, lemon, coriander, clove, black pepper, bready malts.
Taste - Welcomed by the leafy and floral hops, as well as the traditional saison elements (particularly the spicy yeast characteristics), and then ends with a mild tartness. Touch of bitterness lingers on the palate.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes dry and with a lingering spicy yeast aftertaste.
Overall - A hopped up take on the traditional saison style. Hops are well executed and add just the right level of bitterness without overpowering the traditional saison elements.
