Draft at the brewpub, served in a tulip glass.
Hazed opaque orange, dense layer of white foam on the surface, leaves lasting lacing.
Aroma is complex, dry with a little bit of musty hay funk and dried fruit from the Brett Clausenii.
Taste is lightly tart and crisp, very dry with a lightly funky Brett aftertaste. Dried citrus peel, white pepper, light pale malt round things out. Smooth feel, ample carbonation, nice complexity.
